Video Glitches with minecraft in the Background

Whenever i have minecraft running in the Background and want to watch some Twitch for example i get these wierd videoglitches. Across all my browsers and players. I Tyd so far Chrome, Firefox and IE. Player Flash and HTML 5.
Looks like parts of the frames just freeze. Hard to explain.
