block update causes crop to break only within 1 block of a certain block

I made a farm in a woodland mansion. Within 1 block of -14741 79 -141826, any block update causes the crops to break. I have tried restarting my (vanilla) server, quitting and rejoining, and breaking the blocks and rebuilding it. I don't know what to do. Any idea?
