Crash when trying to get a nausea potion

When I run this command :
/give @p minecraft:potion 1 0 {CustomPotionEffects:[

{id:9,amplifier:2}

]}
I've got that crash :
Internal Exception : io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException:java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: readerIndex(9)+length(1) exceeds writerIndex(9):UnpooledHeapByteBuf(ridx:9,widx:9,cap:9)

I've not enougth kwnoledge in java to understand that exception, srry ^^
