downloaed it pressed play after sining in and it keeps crashing. tried everything. please help!

i downloaded it and i singed in and i pressed play and it keeps crashing.

i paid for the game i maid a account and i downloaded the game and i singed in and i pressed play and it crashed and it continues to crash when i press play.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. signed in
2. pressed play.
3. crashed
