pressed play and turned to a white page that said the game has crashed.

yesterday i downloaded mine craft and i made a account (before i downloaded) and when i singed in i pressed 'play' and it turned to a white screen that said ''uhoh, it seems your game has crashed, sorry for your inconvenience '' it been doing this since the first time i tried playing it and know. if there is any way you can fix it it will be gladly appreciated!
