Entity lags in 1.11 Realms

I have a minecraft Realmsserver and I started a new amplified world, since the 1.11 was released. Everything works fine except one thing, Entitys are lagging around so much that you can't play (interact) with them.

Testet with Linux and Windows and a good Internet Connection (Ping 26ms)
