Mouse and senitivity glich or bug

I recently had lag on my computer and when I fixed it my mouse or sensitivity would go out of control in mine craft. I am playing in the recent version 1.11 prerealese 1 and have tried seeing if playing on 1.10.2 would fix it but it doesn't. I have tried doing the task manager thing and it works but then Mine craft lags. If any one has any other suggestions it would be much appreciated thanks.
