Internal Exceptation: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly removed by the remote host

While going on any server, ANY, (But mainly Cubecraft or Hypixel), After I join a game into a couple minutes or so, Minecraft starts to freeze on me but I can still see my FPS or Ping going on. Then it will go back to normal, after a couple times it will kick me out of the game and say " Internal Exceptation: java.io.IOExceptation: An existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host"
If you could please help me it would be really appreciated!
