Debug screen shows different video card between different operating systems

I installed Lubuntu on my machine recently and dual-booted it with Windows. I installed Java and Minecraft and noticed something peculiar: The debug screen showed a different graphics card then when I was playing in Windows, as shown by the screenshots below. The first one is Windows, the second one is Lubuntu.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Dual-boot Lubuntu with Windows.
2. Install Java and Minecraft on Lubuntu.
3. Launch the game and press F3.
4. Do the same in Windows.
