Curse of Binding in no creative inventory tab anymore

The bug

The Curse of Binding book was listed in the Combat tab of the creative inventory in 16w43a and earlier versions. Now it is not listed anywhere.

I would expect it to be listed in the Tools and the Combat tab, see MC-107550
