Command block random activation

I have recently been working on a PvP map and while building a class selection system for it I came upon an issue with commands blocks. For some reason without any reasoning a command block will activate and teleport you into the pods even without you being in the radius of the command block.

I have checked for the possibility that it was a mob activating a pressure plate by changing it to a button but even now it activates. This same issue occurs by adding players to a team without reasoning.

I am unable to provide screenshots on this laptop but can do later in the day if needed.
