Repeaters won't send signal from one to the other... kind of!

I don't know how to describe it, but I can show you a picture and give you an example:
I once made my own pretty cool lock with levers(50 levers-1125899906842624 possible combinations), and it mainly worked using repeaters. Now, I think because of this BUD block, my Hacker (it's what it's called) WON'T WORK! :,( Pls fix this!
