Java crashes with unknown exit code

Everytime i try to start MC in the Launcher by clicking "Play" it opens up a new window which is a clean white one.
After a few seconds the window stops responding and the launcher reappears.
I tried vanilla (several Versions) and a modded version of MC.
The launcher log always shows the same line:
[15:14:17 ERROR]: Game ended with bad state (exit code -805306369)

I've updated everything (Java, launcher, etc.) but the error keeps appearing.
Google doesn't know about the code either.
