Wont let me Play minecraft 1.10.2

I was expecting to happen was That My Launcher for minecraft was going to let me play Minecraft 1.10.2

What actually happen was that my Screen went black and Minecraft crashed..

1.Internet and minecraft on
2.click 'play' on the Minecraft Launcher
3. wait for the screen to turn black and send u to the launcher again
