all lava and water buckets consumed

all lava or water buckets are consumed when placing 1 in a stack of 64 in survival mode you can get a stack of lava buckets using this command

/give @p minecraft:lava_bucket 64
or
/give @p minecraft:water_bucket 64

this has been fixed for totems why not this???
