End Achievement not working

When I activated an end portal then went into it, it did not pop up an achievement. I tried to find one instead of making one, but even after i found one and activated it, it did not work. After, I made a survival world, cheated ender eyes into my inventory, found an end portal, switched back into survival, switched it to easy difficulty, activated it, entered it and it still did not work.
