1.10.2 graphics card movement issues

In a minecraft 1.10.2 server I have problems with movement where the player keeps moving even though I'm not pressing anything. On singleplayer everything is fine though. Bug wasn't fixed by resetting options or restarting.

UPDATE:
I now am experiencing the same problem in single player after sleeping in a bed.

UPDATE:
after messing around I figured out it's a graphics card problem. The issue doesn't happen when I'm using integrated graphics but when I use my GTX 860M I experience the problem.

The movement actions are repeated.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ... Use minecraft 1.10 and play on a server.
3. ... use a Dedicated graphics card. (Mine is a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 860m)
