Bug black skin except the head

I want to join a 1.7.10 server but my skin turns black except the head.
Version 1.8 running and 1.9;1.10

I tried to fix by creating plenty of times my skin
and look on all the forums but i did not find

1. lunch minecraft 1.7.10
2. play solo / multiplayer
3.find that the skin is black
