Minecraft 1.10.2 on Windows 7 crashes (Launcher 1.6.61)

Hello Support, newly installed MC on windows 7 crashes every time when it tries to load the world.

The user was just created when I downloaded the game.

Time sync is fine (UTC+1)

How to resolve?
