The new update for minecraft killed all sound but the sound of a block breaking when mined. All music and sound is disabled as of update.

All sound but the sound of blocks breaking is disabled. No music, no walking noise, no animals, no weather. ALL SOUND IS BROKEN.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. double click "mine craft" icon.
2. Type in Login and Password.
3. choose world, enter.
4. Listen to the glorious silence.
