Bug with Inventory

Hello,

I use Minecraft 1.10.2 on a multiplayer server, and I have this very big problem with my inventory. (see the 2 screens)
This is so strange, and when I restart my minecraft, the bug is always here.
Could you help me or say me, if this is a bug ?
