I have a bug when I open minecraft and plan to join a world, single player and multiplayer

Recently I had a virus on my system, which I got rid of, gladly. altough I had a virus, I could still play minecraft untill I ran a virus scan. I deleted some programs, well my virus scanner did, and then rebooted my PC. as soon as the pc was rebooted I started minecraft. it opened perfectly normal, as always. then when I tried joining a server (hypixel specificly) it just crashed and gave me the following error:

I have tried to uninstall minecraft, and more, but nothing worked, I have tried getting al my .minecraft things out of the folder etc.

I dont know what to do anymore, and just want to play
