My music is not working in 1.10.2

I dont know how it happened, but my music stopped working all of a sudden in 1.10.2, and i was told to delete all of my files except for saves, so i did so. that did not help at all, so i tried resulting to @MojangSupport on twitter. they played the automated message again so i came here for help. help please?
