Double hopper clock broke

My double hopper clock for my sugar can farm broke.
1ste photo is on 1.10 and works perfect.

2nd photo is on snapshot 16w39c.
Top right you see that slime blocks multiplied.
Bottom right doesn't retract anymore with the sticky piston.
