text and boxes are glitching please help

i opened minecraft launcher and boxes started to be messy

What I expected to happen was all to be normal after sometime

What actually happened was it stayed and i dont know how to fix it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. i dont know, its only on my computer and its random
2.i hover my mouse over play or profile
