stat.talkedToVillager doesn't work when i right click to a villager with no recipe

I typed "/scoreboard objectives add talk stat.talkedToVillager",and talk to the villager without recipe. The scoreboard didn't increase.
It worked in 1.10 or earlier vision.It could test if the player click right button.
will it be changed in 1.11?

the command to summon a villager without recipe:
/summon minecraft:villager ~ ~ ~ {Offers:{}}
