mobs despawning with items on them.

a quad witch farm is being created on a multiplayer server. The skeletons have items, yet still a few despawned. 15 are usually in there, and occasionally, a couple despawn. It's never constant, but happens and is a big problem. If any bug relates to this, or there is a solution, please say.
