Elyta bug. Not working and texture issue

The Elytra does not work at all. It only moves when you crouch. Nothing else at all happens. It is literally useless.

The texture issue is, that it does not have the Elytra skin. Instead it takes the users skin and puts it on the Elytra. See photo for the bug.
