Dispenser placing a Shulker Box does not make the fail sound if the dispenser fails

Steps to reproduce:

• Place a dispenser with a shulker box inside
• Place a block in front of the dispenser
• Power dispenser

The dispenser will not place the box, but will still play the "dispensed item" sound instead of "dispenser failed." It will also create the dispensed particles.
