Cant Type In Chat on any server/singleplayer

So I want to play minecraft and I go on to every server I have including my own world and I tried saying like hello and I cant it says "Cannot Send Message" on some of them and others don't say a thing all I can type is in ./msg ./me ./y ./w ./ww, Etc (Commands) and I don't know how to fix it and I cant enjoy it anymore
