Minecraft won't open from launcher

I tried to open Minecraft from the launcher, and it won't open. This is NOT A MODDED MINECRAFT GAME! The last ticket I opened seemed to think so. It's not. I have Optifine, but the error occurred before I loaded Optifine, and I installed it hoping it would correct the issue. I'm trying to open a COMPLETELY UNMODDED VERSION of 1.10.2 Minecraft, and it won't open. I removed Optifine afterwards, and got the same error.

This has been happening since the most recent Windows 10 update, and appears to be Java related. Please help.
