My minecraft start up screen is all flashy

and buggy. I cant see my skin or other mobs skin i can't see the chest its just a black figure I had this problem since i downloaded this this game and that was back in 1.3.2 I still have the problem

I really need help with these problems. I have the optifine mod that doesnt helps
