servers.dat delete it's self

Hello Mojang Team!
I have an bug since 1.7, so that the servers.dat file delete it's self, if i refresh my server list.
It is not every time, it happens also when I restart the game.
But I have to constantly load a backup of the file...
I think it's not at everybody, but I'm not the only one with this problem.

I'm sorry for my bad english... I hope you understand my hieroglyphics...
