Removing a player from a team causes error

What I expected:
Removing player from team thru command causes no error in chat.

What I got:
Removing player from team causes "Could not remove 1 player(s) from their teams: Ghost"

Steps to reporduce:
1. Join a team.
2. Leave team through "/scoreboard teams leave <teamname> <PlayerName>
