Jumping on Farm land

When jumping on farmland to turn it back into a grass/dirt block, if I jump in the center so that I don't touch any other blocks, when/if it turns into dirt, I get stuck in the block and have to enderpearl out. Happens on both dry and wet farmland.
To recreate, right click with a Hoe on grass or dirt blocks, then jump in the middle of the farmland block until it turns back into dirt.
