Ice Spikes Biome Absent From Customised Tab

I wanted to create a large section of the Ice Spikes Biome, so I attempted to create a world with the 'customised' option. However, when I cycled through the Biome bar (which, I must say, is rather inconvenient and should be replaced by a simple tab of some sort), I was unable to locate the Ice Spikes Biome. I would like to see this issue resolved.
