Mouse Drift

My mouse starts drifting when I'm playing minecraft. The speed and direction is mostly determined by the mouse movement, but it often just spins downwards. This had never happened before I got a new Graphics Card (GeForce GTX 1060) and a 4K monitor. Minecraft isn't playable at the moment.
