Title actionbar isn't affected by title times

So I was playing around with /title @p actionbar and found out that /title @p times doesn't work on actionbar.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Type: /title @p times 1 100 1
2.Type: /title @p actionbar

{"text":"This is a bug"}

3./title @p times 1 100 1 is not working
