Ender Dragon frozen and unkillable in my server.

The Ender Dragon is frozen and unkillable in my server. I saw solutions in the Internet wich were deleting DIM1 folder but my server is hosted by other person. Also I wanted to reset The End to have End cities. PD: My server started in 1.8
