Cobblestone Wall reaction to hanging torch

When crafting with torches and cobblestone walls I discovered a minor bug in the cobblestone walls mechanics.
Build a two block high pillar of any block then place a cobblestone wall on the 1st block and a torch on the second one (on the same side). The cobblestone wall will think the torch is being placed on top of it. See the images for a better example.
