Map has lore of "Unknown" where scale should be and crashes game.

Summary:
I Crafted a map and tried to re-size/level up my map and on the 2nd time i did this, i grabbed it from the crafting table and it crashed my game.

What I expected to happen was...:
I would grab the map and go on with my Adventures discovering new chunks of land.

What actually happened was...:
I grabbed the map that it crafted with the lore "Unknown" and as soon as i grabbed it with my cursor, it crashed my game.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Craft a map with 1 compass and 8 paper. ( I was on a multiplayer server while doing this bug.)
2. Edit the zoom level by putting the map in the center and paper around it.
3. Grab the map from the crafting table and behold, the lovely annoying crash of Minecraft. (Only works if the Map is crafted with a lore of "Unknown" http://prntscr.com/cafrcg )
