My minecraft is disturbed when i in inventory have certain things

Every time I get into the game all is strange as in the picture. In older versions of Minecraft as 1.7.x to 1.8.x Everything looks normal but when the hand receive things as ladders, Iron bars, Vines, Glass pane, Sapling ... everything is disturbed
