Can't use right click ability while looking at a Green Villager

I was playing on this snapshot called 16w33a when i spawned a villager it sometimes spawn green villager. The Problem is i can't actually throw it at it. I Right clicked and nothing happen. So please fix this cause it is getting annoying. Even shift clicking doesn't help too! So please fix this in the next snapshot i would like that if you do then fix it. I can still use the spawn egg to get villager children and can use the Name Tag but Splash Potion doesn't work
