Fireworks don't seem to work anymore

What I expected to happen was...:
For the rocket to shoot into the sky, with a trail then burst into a small orange explosion

What actually happened was...:
It whistles as if launched but there were no trail, no explosion
Steps to Reproduce:
1. created a small rocket with trail and small fireball
2. launched it
3.a whistle and nothing else
