Green coat Villager appears

Started a new flat world and saw Green coated villagers with no trade system. I assume its a bug. Doesn't crash the game its just kinda there. Spawns into the world its a super flat world the seed is -7808000744179364270 the cords to the villagers house is 85,57,223
This villager shouldn't be spawning.
The location is in a dessert Super flat world with the sand layer removed
