Lag

I thought when I got on my computer to play Minecraft, everything would be fine.

But, every time I get on to play, the game keeps freezing up and it is VERY lagging

I usually can get through the launcher with no problems. once I get out of the launcher and get to the game, the lag starts and I can barely play.
