Minecraft Crashes if you try to go into Fullscreen

It crashes my Minecraft every time i go to fullscreen. Though i found a fix, it would still crash me; it's better off to go to maximized instead of fullscreen.

Steps to reproduce(1)
1- Go to Options
2- Video Settings
3- Turn Fullscreen On

Steps to reproduce(2)
1- Press F11 when in game

Steps to fix
1- Go to %appdata%
2- Then .minecraft
3- Find options.txt
4- Press ctrl+f then search "fullscreen" (without quotes)
5- Change true to false
