spawn egg commands not working?

when i type in a command for my custom spawn eggs such as /give @p minecraft:spawn_egg 1 50 {display:

{Name:"Spawn Iron Golem"}

,EntityTag:{id:"Ghast",Health:0.0f,Passengers:[

{id:"VillagerGolem",PlayerCreated:0}

]}}
should work in 16w32a i realised it gives me spawn instead
