Hovering over item with another item and shift+double click to move multiple stacks does not work

So if I was in a chest inventory screen, and I had an inventory full of an item, I could pick up one item and hover over one of those items, and shift+double click would send all of the items of the type I hovered over into the chest. This no longer works, trying this results in one stack going into the chest.
