Crazy Shulker

I was using the /tp command on a shulker. The shulker went crazy and started to rapidly teleport in all directions.

I thought the shulker would teleport upwards
Instead the shulker went insane

Steps to reproduce
1.Spawn a shulker
2.Use this command on the shulker: /tp @e[type=Shulker] ~ ~2 ~
3. The shulker will go crazy
